【#Tech24H】According to the China Manned Space Engineering Office, at 5:13 AM on the 25th, the Shenzhou-21 astronaut crew currently in orbit opened the "home door" to welcome the Shenzhou-23 astronaut crew arriving from afar to board the China Space Station. This marks the 8th “space rendezvous” in China’s space history, and also the first time that an astronaut from Hong Kong has taken up residence in the “Tiangong” space station. It is reported that after entering orbit, the Shenzhou-23 crewed spacecraft successfully docked with the radial port of the Tianhe core module at 2:45 AM on the 25th, with the entire docking process lasting approximately 3.5 hours. Subsequently, the Shenzhou-23 astronaut crew smoothly entered the orbital module from the re-entry capsule. In the following period, the two astronaut crews will carry out an in-orbit rotation on the space station. [ By Zhang Liyan | Tang Ruohan ]
