India and the United States have signed three agreements on science and technology, space cooperation and end-user monitoring accord on arms and defense technology to be sold to India by the U.S., said visiting U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Indian Minister of External Affairs S.M. Krishna on July 20 night.
