Hy3 is a model that integrates fast and slow thinking, adopting an MoE architecture with 295B total parameters, 21B activated parameters, and support for a 256K context length. Hy3 shows particularly significant improvements in productivity tasks such as software development, office productivity, financial modeling, front-end design, and game production. In an internal blind test of real-work scenarios involving 270 experts, Hy3 (average score 2.67/4) outperformed GLM5.1 (average score 2.51/4), with notable advantages in categories like front-end, data and storage, and CI/CD. Notably, Hy3 has been honed through use by global developers and Tencent’s massive real-world business operations. Since its preview launch, its average daily token consumption has increased 20-fold, indicating that the market is beginning to recognize its positioning as a cost-effective practical model.
