【#Tech24H】The world’s first new energy power battery PACK production line to achieve large-scale deployment of humanoid embodied intelligent robots has officially commenced operations at CATL’s Zhongzhou Base. The humanoid robot “Xiao Mo” working on this production line was developed by CATL's ecosystem partner, Qianxun Intelligent Robotics, and is equipped with CATL’s self-developed batteries. It is reported that “Xiao Mo” can not only autonomously detect the connection status of wire harnesses, report abnormalities immediately to effectively reduce defect rates, but also actively switch to inspection mode during work intervals. Faced with continuous production tasks involving multiple battery models, its daily workload has tripled.
