【#Tech24H】On December 2 local time, Amazon Web Services unveiled its third-generation AI training chip, Trainium3, and the Trainium3 UltraServer system at the AWS re: Invent 2025 annual technology conference. This system offers over four times the training and high-load inference speed compared to the previous generation, quadruples the memory capacity, and improves energy efficiency by 40%. Additionally, Amazon shared progress on its next-generation chip, Trainium4, which will support NVIDIA’s NVLink Fusion technology and can operate in coordination with NVIDIA GPUs.
