【#Tech24H】Chinese scientists have successfully constructed an all-perovskite tandem LED device and innovatively proposed utilizing interlayer photon recycling effects to enhance the light extraction efficiency of perovskite LEDs. This breakthrough has pushed the external quantum efficiency(EQE) of perovskite tandem LEDs beyond 45%, setting a new world record in the field and paving a novel pathway for developing high-performance perovskite LEDs.
