【#Tech24H】On October 16, the Golmud 350MW Tower Concentrated Solar Power Project by Cosen Tech commenced construction in Golmud City, Haixi Mongol and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province. This marks the official start of the world's largest single-unit tower CSP project, featuring the largest mirror field reflection area, the largest energy storage capacity, and the highest annual designed power generation. Upon completion, the project is expected to generate approximately 960 million kilowatt-hours of clean electricity annually, equivalent to saving 263,400 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 720,000 tons.
