China's first National Science Popularization Month Kicks Off! This September marks the inaugural "National Science Popularization Month" following the revision of the Law on Science Popularization, with the theme of enhancing public scientific literacy and strengthening the foundation for building China into a sci-tech powerhouse. Over the past decade, the level of scientific literacy among Chinese citizens has achieved leapfrog growth. From 3.27% in 2010 to 15.37% in 2024, this ratio has nearly quintupled over the 15-year period.
