【Tech 24H】On August 26, the Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO) successfully completed the infusion of 20,000 tons of liquid scintillator and officially began data collection. After more than a decade of preparation and construction, JUNO has become the world’s first ultra-large-scale and ultra-high-precision dedicated neutrino observatory to enter operation. It will be capable of addressing fundamental questions about the nature of matter and the universe.
