On August 4, Southchip Semiconductor Technology (Southchip Semiconductor Technology(Shanghai) Co.,Ltd.) announced the official release of its second-generation automotive-grade High-Side Switch (HSD) SC77450CQ. Utilizing China's independently developed BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) integration process and a fully localized packaging and testing supply chain, the device achieves monolithic integration of MOS controllers on N-type substrates. It provides customers with a more convenient system. Notably, the SC77450CQ represents China's first vertically integrated HSD product with 100% domestic supply chain coverage.
