Beijing, May 26 (Youth.cn) - On the morning of May 25, 2025, the Industrial Bank·2025 West Lake Half Marathon commenced at Huanglong Sports Center in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Certified as a China Athletics Association A1-class event, the race attracted 5,000 participants worldwide. The route features signature streets of Hangzhou: Shuguang Road, Beishan Street, Yanggong Causeway, Nanshan Road, Hupao Road, and Lingyin Road, passing iconic landmarks such as Broken Bridge’s Remnant Snow, Pinghu’s Autumn Moon, Nanping Hill’s Evening Bell, and Leifeng Pagoda’s Sunset, allowing runners to immerse themselves in Hangzhou’s famed “Paradise on Earth” scenery. Photo/CFP
