Beijing, April 22 (Youth.cn) - On April 22, 2025, in Shanghai, to commemorate the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) Navy, the Shanghai-based naval forces and the Shanghai Double Support Office jointly organized a warship open house themed "Shanghai · At Sea." The guided-missile destroyer Xi'an and the amphibious landing ship Yimengshan docked at the Shanghai Port International Passenger Terminal, opening to the public for deck tours.

This marks the first time these two active-duty warships have been accessible to Shanghai residents, with the Yimengshan making its debut appearance to the general public. Photo/CFP
