Beijing, February 12 (Youth.cn) - On February 11, 2025, in Maguan Town, Puding County, Anshun City, Guizhou Province, a high-platform ground opera performance is held to celebrate the Lantern Festival. 168 tables are used to build the high platform, completing the largest "Simen Doudi" traditional formation in central Guizhou.

High-platform ground opera is a unique traditional opera art form in Anshun, with strong local characteristics and cultural connotations. It integrates various art elements such as opera, acrobatics, and folk dance. Performers usually perform on a high platform, hence the name "high-platform ground opera."
