Beijing, January 7 (Youth.cn) - On January 4, 2025, brown sugar workers of Cunhekou Community, Peicun Village, Tantou Township, Rong’an County, Liuzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, are working on their brown sugar blocks. 

The traditional made brown sugar is for the increasing market during the Spring Festival, as this local specialty is a popular new year gift. Made from sugar canes, which need to be juicing first, the traditional made brown sugar has to undergo processes of filtering, boiling, vaporizing, and condensing, to become a beloved treat with no artificial chemicals.
