International calls (IDD) and domestic long-distance calls(DDD) can be made directly from hotel rooms.
For IDD, dial 0 before country code, area code and number. For DDD, dial 0 before area code and number. IDD and DDD services are also available in business centers in hotels and some large post offices.
If you want to make such phone calls in street phone booths, please find those phones marked with IDD and DDD signs.
Prepaid phone card are also available for making IDD calls, you may rent a mobile phone or buy a debit card from hotels or major telecom outlets.
