【#Tech24H】According to TechCrunch, Bank of America recently sent its customers a reminder email titled "Financial Protection in the AI Era," warning users not to share online banking usernames, passwords and other account credentials with AI assistants, AI agents and other third-party services, and to safeguard personal financial security in the digital age. Several major U.S. banks have detected unauthorized third-party AI agents accessing customers’ online banking accounts, with some AI operations going beyond the original user instructions. In response, Morgan Stanley has blocked relevant third-party AI agents, while JPMorgan Chase and Citibank are also restricting related access to guard against unauthorized account access risks.
