【#Tech24H】From October 23 to 25, China successfully launched the Yaogan-50 03 satellite, carried out a Long March 4B carrier rocket mission, and launched the Satellite Internet low-orbit Group 28 satellites. All three launch missions in three days were complete successes. At 18:15 Beijing time on October 23, 2026, China used a Long March 6A carrier rocket at the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center to successfully launch the Yaogan-50 03 satellite into space. The satellite smoothly entered the planned orbit, and the launch mission was a complete success. The satellite is mainly used for national land surveys, crop yield estimation, disaster prevention and mitigation, and other fields. That evening, under the twilight effect, the rocket exhaust formed a spectacular rocket cloud resembling a luminous jellyfish, which was observed by people in many places. At 3:25 on October 24, the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center used a Long March 4B carrier rocket to send six satellites, Yaogan-53 07-09 and Y56 19-21, into planned orbits in a single launch. The satellites are used for scientific experiments, national land and resource surveys, agricultural product yield estimation, and disaster prevention and mitigation. This was the 673rd flight of the Long March series. At 10:03 Beijing time on October 25, 2026, at the Hainan Commercial Space Launch Site, a Long March 8A carrier rocket successfully launched the Satellite Internet low-orbit Group 28 satellites. The satellites smoothly entered the planned orbit, and the launch mission was a complete success.[ By Zhang Liyan | Tang Ruohan ]
