【#Tech24H】At 10:10 Beijing time on June 23, China successfully launched the Communications Technology Test Satellite 26A aboard a Long March 7A carrier rocket from the Wenchang Space Launch Site. The satellite entered its designated orbit smoothly, marking a complete success for the launch mission. The Communications Technology Test Satellite 26A is primarily used for satellite communications, radio and television broadcasting, data transmission, and related technology test and verification. The Long March 7A carrier rocket is China's new-generation medium-lift liquid-propellant launch vehicle for high-altitude orbits. It is compatible with both 4.2-meter and 3.7-meter-diameter payload fairings and supports single-satellite and dual-satellite launch configurations. The rocket's technical status, test and launch procedures, and management systems are now mature and stable, with the launch site workflow optimized from an initial 35 days to 19 days.
