The robotic interns at JD MALL have already achieved refined task allocation, helping to improve store service and operational efficiency. According to JD, these robots operate across multiple core offline retail scenarios, including front-end customer service and back-end inventory management, using embodied AI technology to further upgrade JD's offline shopping and operational models.
