【#Tech24H】The Qwen App has announced that it will fully open up to third-party Agents and Skills. In the future, all enterprises will not only be able to integrate Skills but also operate their own branded Agents on Qwen. Currently, early partners such as Luckin Coffee, KFC, and China Eastern Airlines are already providing services on Qwen through Skills, allowing users to experience in-store pickup services from Luckin and KFC. At the same time, these companies are also conducting Agent integration tests and plan to launch their Agent and Skill access platforms soon. In the future, enterprises will not only be able to access Skills but also run their own Agents within the Qwen app, customizing Agent personas and specific services to offer various forms of product services through conversation. Additionally, Agents will have memory and proactive planning capabilities, enabling them to provide services proactively in specific scenarios, such as itinerary reminders, benefit expirations, and repurchase recommendations.
