【#Tech24H】At the 2026 World Drone Congress, various types of drones were on display, but many attendees noticed a clear shift: compared to “how to fly”, this year people were more concerned with “how to defend”. The AU100 integrated antidrone system, developed by Wuhan Optics Valley company Puzhou Technology, became a highlight of the exhibition. This vehiclebased system integrates detection, engagement, communication, deployment, and data functions. It can accurately detect and use multiple countermeasures against unauthorized drones within a range of 5 km. For hardkill options, a highenergy laser is available; for softkill options, it offers multiband directional jamming, navigation spoofing, protocol hijacking, and more. For extremely fast FPV racing drones, it is also equipped with a loitering net launcher. The system can serve a wide range of applications including urban security, border protection, airports and seaports, and major security events. [ By Zhang Liyan | Tang Ruohan ]
