【#Tech24H】The world's first nanoscale micro-vibration laboratory has recently officially commenced operation in Xiong'an New Area, Hebei Province. The core apparatus of the laboratory is a micro-vibration simulation test stand, independently developed by China, which is the largest and most precise of its kind globally. The test stand is capable of generating a rich variety of waveforms, including sine waves, random waves, and swept-frequency waves, and can achieve both single-axis precise simulation and three-axis simultaneous simulation. It not only enables fine-grained analysis at specific frequencies but also reproduces complex, multi-degree-of-freedom coupled random vibration scenarios under realistic conditions, providing highly flexible and controllable experimental environments that closely match real-world working conditions for scientific research and equipment verification. It is reported that the laboratory will serve key sectors such as semiconductor manufacturing, aerospace engineering, precision instrumentation, and biomedicine.
