The event attracted over 1,600 teams from across China, with nearly 3,000 participants. At the competition, contestants deftly manipulated controllers, pitting various types of robots against each other in intense matches. The 2025 World Robot Contest will host more than 500 competitions at various levels worldwide, engaging participants of all age groups. The total number of participants for the year is expected to exceed 350,000 for the first time.
