Huawei's Ascend 384 Supernode debuts at 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference

On July 26 at the 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, Huawei made its first offline exhibition of the Ascend 384 Supernode, namely the Atlas 900 A3 SuperPoD. This product adopts a supernode architecture, achieving large-bandwidth and low-latency interconnection among 384 NPUs through bus technology, thereby addressing communication bottlenecks between computing, storage and other resources within the cluster. Through systems engineering optimization, it realizes efficient resource scheduling, enabling the super node to function like a single computer.
