Alibaba DAMO Academy's Xuantie division proposed establishing a RISC-V-based high-performance application framework on July 17. Through DSA extension, full-stack optimization, and hardware-software co-design, the solution covers computing needs across end-edge-cloud scenarios. The Xuantie C930 server CPU achieves 15/GHz on SPECint2006, supports hardware virtualization and Ubuntu OS, with deployments validated in finance/healthcare sectors.
