Beijing, July 16 (Youth.cn) - On July 14, 2025, the 12th World Congress of Chemical Engineering and 21st Asian Pacific Confederation of Chemical Engineering Congress opened in Beijing. This congress was first held in China. The event features four key themes. Scientists, industry leaders, and corporate representatives from 66 countries and regions attended.

It was understood that a series of the latest research achievements in the chemical engineering field will be presented at the congress, with findings related to new materials accounting for over 30% of the total. Photo/CFP
