On July 9, Feishu launched multiple AI products including Knowledge Q&A, AI Meeting, Aily, alongside the industrial first AI Capability Maturity Model. This framework classifies AI applications into four grades. M3 is ready for large-scale deployment and M4 is mature enough to be used across all suitable scenarios. Establishing this benchmark for its AI offerings, Feishu has certified its Knowledge Q&A at M3 and AI Meeting at M4.
