Beijing, July 9 (Youth.cn) - On July 7, 2025, in Beijing, the inaugural "Xingguang Yanzhao" sightseeing train traveling for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has completed all trial runs and operational preparations. It is set to depart from Beijing Railway Station's Platform 3 on July 9.

Boasting a 7-car formation, the train integrates a panoramic vista carriage, multi-functional entertainment carriage, themed dining carriage, and four luxury lounges, which forge a roaming cultural hub that converges sightseeing, gastronomy, and leisure experiences.

The train's exterior features a gradient blue design. Pioneering a gridded LED system that projects cinematic scenes, this design bestows kinetic elegance upon the moving carriage.

Passengers may select different kinds of seats. At the same time, the carriages feature redesigned seat and lavatory proportions with optimized spatial flow, complemented by sensor-activated safety alarms for old passengers. Photo/CFP
