NavInfo has entered into a Component Development Agreement with BAIC New Energy to deliver parking software solutions for two upcoming vehicle models. The collaboration will leverage both parties' existing technologies and development achievements to continuously optimize components and related manufacturing processes. Upon NavInfo's completion of the contracted product development and receipt of formal written approval from BAIC New Energy, both parties shall enter separate negotiations to establish mass supply terms for NavInfo's provision of components to BAIC New Energy.
