A project by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) titled "Precision, Rapid, Secure Production and Dissemination of Meteorological Disaster Warning Information" won the e-environment category prize of the International Telecommunication Union's "2025 WSIS Prize" in Geneva on the 7th.

This project enables nationwide dissemination of warning information within one minute (sub-minute level), while addressing the challenge of targeted dissemination in specific regions, thus fulfilling the "last-mile" reach requirement for early warnings in remote areas.
