On June 25, a press conference held by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment announced that, according to drone aerial survey results, the average coverage rate of beach litter in China's major coastal bays has decreased from 5.14‰ (0.514%) last summer to 1.25‰ (0.125%) this spring, marking an overall reduction of 75.6%.
