On June 11, China's domestically developed large amphibious aircraft AG600 "Kunlong" was granted a production certificate by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) in Zhuhai, Guangdong, marking its official entry into mass production.

The development of the AG600 involved hundreds of supporting suppliers and tens of thousands of components. This achievement demonstrates China’s comprehensive capabilities in collaborative design and manufacturing of large special-purpose aircraft, supply chain management, and process consistency control. It has established replicable management experience and technical standards for future domestic large special-purpose aircraft projects.
