The United States Court of International Trade ruled the tariffs of Trump imposed on China and other countries illegal on Wednesday.

The three-judge panel unanimously found that the International Emergency Economic Powers Act of 1977 (IEEPA), which Trump invoked to unilaterally enact duties on foreign goods, "does not authorize" the tariffs and ordered them halted.
