Beijing, April 25 (Youth.cn) - On April 24, 2025, marking the 10th China Space Day, Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) launched a series of themed activities on campus. Under the slogan "A Decade of Painting the Starry Sky, Jointly Building the Aerospace Dream," students created a grand 30-meter-long, 5-meter-wide aerospace-themed scroll painting as part of the Space Day ground art event.
The celebration also featured a model aircraft flight show, where the university's model aircraft association staged a simulated launch of a Long March 8A carrier rocket model at the sports field. Meanwhile, the HIT Aerospace Museum welcomed visitors, with a volunteer team of senior experts and student docents enthusiastically guiding tours and sharing insights.
This collective effort highlighted the campus-wide enthusiasm for aerospace exploration, blending artistic expression with technological demonstration to honor China's space achievements. Photo/CFP
