On 26 July, Aleksandr Chervyakov, the Belarusian Ambassador to China, participated in a media interview conducted during a briefing on the third plenary session of the 20th Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee. The event was organized by the International Department of the CPC Central Committee in Beijing. In the course of the interview, Chervyakov asserted that the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee conveyed three messages to the international community. China's economy is developing in a stable manner, and the country has proposed several significant initiatives, such as the Belt and Road Initiative, the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative and the Global Civilization Initiative. These initiatives demonstrate China's commitment to global leadership and its willingness to engage with other countries in a constructive and open manner.
"The third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee is of historic significance and has planned China's long-term development in the future." Chervyakov stated that the plenary session adopted a resolution on further deepening reform comprehensively to advance Chinese modernization. He further recommended that the international community undertake a thorough examination of the relevant details.
According to Chervyakov, adherence to sustainable development represents a significant aspect of China's approach to modernization, serving as a key indicator for the country's economic resilience and global leadership.
