Beijing, September 27 (Youth.cn) - On September 25th, 2023, the Tarbagatay Prefecture of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region initiated the "Time Memories, Happiness Captured" charity photography volunteer service. In Yumin County, they offered free wedding photos to elderly couples from various rural villages. This fulfilled the dreams of these elders to have wedding photos taken and provided them with a beautiful witness to their lifelong love. It allowed the elderly to revisit moments of happiness and capture beautiful memories.
