Policies in Advance Help Young People to Build the Chinese Dream in Entrepreneurship and Employment

　　Since the Eighteenth National People's Congress, the trend of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation “has been growing like a raging fire, among which young entrepreneurs were the main force. At the call of the Party and the nation, many strong-willed youth people devote themselves to the tide of entrepreneurship, injecting fresh blood into the economic development of our country when inflame their own dreams.Many young people are weaving their own China dreams in the process of seeking for the dream of entrepreneurship. Except positively encouraging their entrepreneurship, the Party and the government also introduce policies and take steps to support youths to make contributions to the construction of the Chinese Dream while realizing his own dream.

　　In May, 2015, the State Council printed and distributed Advice on further Accomplish the employment entrepreneurship under the new situation, clearly put forward that overall promote the employment of such focus groups as college graduates. Afterward, the General Office of the State Council printed and distributed Implement Opinions on Deepening the Educational Reform on Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Institution of Higher Learning, put forward that actions of enriching rural people by entrepreneurship should be deeply implemented, the comprehensive resources of colleges and universities should be guided and encouraged, the facilitating agencies, staffs, sites as well as expenditures for university students innovative undertaking should be paid close attention to and implemented.
　　The intensive policies display the Party and the state’s strongly support for young people’s innovative undertakings. When encouraging the young entrepreneurs, Xi once said, “Youth is the hope of the State and the Nation, innovation is the soul of social development, while entrepreneurship is an important approach of promoting the economic and social development, improving people’s livelihood. Young students are the effective strengthnesses of innovation and entrepreneurship, for they are imaginative and creative. I hope that young students can study hard and be pragmatic, forge ahead with determination, tightly combine their life pursuits with the national development and people’s great practice, serve the society and show their talents in innovation and entrepreneurship. ”The support of the Party and the government is like a dose of“Caediotonic”for young entrepreneurs, making them invigorated and vigorous in the process of realizing the Chinese dream.
