The two parties will jointly explore large-scale commercial operation of Robotaxis in international markets. According to the agreement, they will conduct joint feasibility studies and commercial exploration for Robotaxi deployment, with pilot projects to be rolled out in key markets including Europe. Meanwhile, they will deepen collaboration in market expansion, operational models, and commercialization pathways, advancing projects from pilot validation to scalable application. Cao Cao Mobility will leverage its strengths in mobility platform operations, fleet management, customized vehicles, and large-scale commercial operations, participating as the Robotaxi fleet owner and operator. May Mobility will provide autonomous driving system support for Robotaxi operations based on its leading autonomous driving technology capabilities.
