【#Tech24H】On May 18, Neusoft Medical Systems Co., Ltd. held a shipment ceremony in Shenyang, Liaoning Province for the NeuViz P10, the world's first widebody photoncounting CT. The device will be installed at Lanzhou University Second Hospital, marking China’s completion of a closedloop verification from core component breakthroughs and wholesystem development to largescale manufacturing in the field of photoncounting CT. This signals that advanced medical imaging equipment is entering the photoncounting era. Compared with conventional CT, the NeuViz P10 achieves a spatial resolution of 0.1 millimeter, clearly visualizing tiny blood vessels and early lesions; its temporal resolution is greatly improved, enabling highdefinition dynamic imaging of the heart; and the radiation dose is reduced by over 90%, making it safer for children and followup patients.  [ By Zhang Liyan | Tang Ruohan ]
