【#Tech24H】China's first 2×6MV commercial tandem accelerator has recently completed assembly and cold testing, with all performance indicators meeting design specifications. The system is now ready for delivery. Tandem accelerators are critical equipment for nuclear science research, supporting frontier studies in nuclear physics, single-event effects, materials science, and other fundamental fields. They also have broad applications in semiconductor high-energy ion implantation and biomedical research.
