【#Tech24H】Developed by Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd., the world’s first empty container lashing robots for aerial works have recently passed inspection and officially entered production at the Daxie Container Terminal of Ningbo Zhoushan Port. It is reported that during the typhoon season from June to October each year, traditional operations require workers to climb to the top of containers over ten meters high for lashing, which takes 6 to 8 hours and poses significant risks. With this robot, operational efficiency has more than doubled, completely eliminating the dangers of high-altitude work.
