【#Tech24H】Led by Nanjing Agricultural University, China’s first open-source vertical large language model for the general agricultural domain, Sinong, has been developed. The model incorporates data from disciplines including animal science, agricultural economics and management, agricultural resources and environment, horticulture, smart agriculture, veterinary medicine, plant protection, and crop breeding. It covers nearly 9,000 books, over 240,000 academic papers, and nearly 20,000 policy documents and standards, forming a relatively comprehensive agricultural foundational dataset. Additionally, the model integrates multidimensional training data such as chain-of-thought and contextual references, significantly enhancing its understanding and generation capabilities for agricultural knowledge.
