【#Tech24H】On January 5, Donut Lab officially announced the successful launch of the world's first mass-producible all-solid-state battery, capable of fully charging in five minutes, undergoing 100,000 cycles, and maintaining stable performance at temperatures as low as -30°C. With an energy density of 400Wh/kg, compared to the current top-tier lithium-ion batteries which range from 250–300Wh/kg, this represents an improvement of over 33%. From energy density and charging speed to cycle life and adaptability in extreme environments, this all-solid-state battery has broken through the technological limitations of traditional lithium-ion batteries and is considered to have the potential to completely reshape the landscape of the electric vehicle industry.
