【#Tech24H】Recently, Taiyuan Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. independently developed and officially launched the world’s tallest 73-meter electric straight boom aerial work platform. With a working height of 73.3 meters, equivalent to a 24-story building, this platform sets a new height record for electric straight boom aerial equipment. Whether for installing high-rise building curtain walls or constructing steel structures in large venues, this “sky-reaching arm” is up to the task. The platform features a three-stage synchronous telescoping fly boom and is equipped with a high-precision control system that effectively minimizes shaking during boom extension and retraction. It can maneuver flexibly in confined spaces, accurately reaching work points. Additionally, it is fitted with a “smart brain” that integrates a multi-sensor intelligent control system and includes multiple proactive safety strategies, from anti-tipping to fault self-diagnostics. Leveraging this “intelligence”, the platform establishes a three-tiered safety protection network focused on prevention, control, and emergency response, significantly enhancing the safety of high-altitude operations.
