
Beijing, December 31 (Youth.cn) - On December 25, 2025, in Ju County, Rizhao, Shandong Province, a provincial-level inheritor of intangible cultural heritage (Guomenjian) showcased his designed and crafted Guomenjian artwork of the coming horse year.
“Guomenjian” is a category of traditional Chinese paper-cutting art. Every lunar new year’s eve, colorful Guomenjian flutter on the lintels of households, creating a highly festive atmosphere. In 2008, Ju County Guomenjian was included in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List. Photo/CFP
