Beijing, December 29 (Youth.cn) - On December 28, 2025, the “Datongnian” activity was held in Rongshui Miao Autonomous County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Miao and Dong ethnic residents, who live and work in the county, gathered at Mengwu Miao Village. They joyfully welcomed the upcoming new year through rich “Datongnian” rituals.
”Datongnian” is a traditional local folk custom that has been included in the autonomous region-level intangible cultural heritage list.
