
【#Tech24H】On December 25, the world’s first ultra-high-temperature heat pump energy storage technology, “ChuNuo”, was officially released. The “ChuNuo" ultra-high-temperature heat pump energy storage technology maintains stable cycle efficiency without decay under varying loads. Compared to traditional energy storage technologies, it offers higher deployment flexibility and does not rely on specific geographical conditions. It can be rapidly deployed in plain-based power stations or mountainous industrial parks. Moreover, its technical parameters are notably advantageous, with high-temperature heat storage exceeding 560 Celsius and low-temperature storage reaching as low as -60 Celsius. Its energy storage density can reach 80 to 120 kWh per cubic meter, far surpassing conventional compressed air energy storage and increasing energy storage capacity by more than tenfold within the same space.
