Beijing, June 3 (Youth.cn) - On June 2, 2025, in Taizhou, Zhejiang, the 2025 Wenling Golden Beach Landing Race kicked off at Jinshatan Beach in Shitang Town. Over 1,000 swimming enthusiasts from Zhejiang, Anhui, Hong Kong, and other regions gathered to brave the waves, racing passionately amid Wenling’s unique coastal-mountain scenery.  

Wenling is renowned for its diverse mountains, sea, rock formations, and fishing culture. In recent years, the local government has leveraged these resources to develop branded sporting events, offering platforms for athletes to challenge themselves while deepening the integration of sports and tourism. Photo/CFP
