Beijing, April 30 (Youth.cn) - On April 29, 2025, along the Tangdao Bay waterfront in Qingdao West Coast New Area, over 30,000 environmentally-friendly plastic beer bottles were ingeniously reassembled by artists into a striking "Beer Bottle Forest" installation. This emerald-green landscape harmonizes with the adjacent azure sea, creating a unique fusion of industrial elements and natural scenery while serving as an ecological art exemplar for urban zero-waste initiatives.

This innovative installation embodies environmental consciousness and circular economy principles. Soaring steel columns resembling giant beer bottle trunks support verdant plastic bottle "foliage." These realistic leaf formations allow visitors to interact with the light and shadow effects created by the plastic bottles as they wander through the installation.
