
Beijing, April 27 (Youth.cn) - On April 27, 2025, wind turbines at Xiangyangyu Town, Arun Banner, Hulunbuir, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, are bathing in the setting sun.
In recent years, Arun Banner of Hulunbuir City has actively implemented ecological priority and green development principles, vigorously advancing distributed photovoltaic and wind power projects. The region is building an integrated "wind-solar-storage" hybrid energy base to empower economic growth. Currently, five operational wind power projects with a total installed capacity of 820,000 kilowatts have been completed, while five more under construction will add 1.03 million kilowatts. As a national pilot county for county-wide rooftop distributed photovoltaic development, 24 solar projects have been implemented with a total capacity of 70,000 kilowatts. Photo/CFP
